These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Menupoint service provided by Menupoint team ("we", "our", "us"). By using Menupoint, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with these Terms or any part of these Terms, you must not use our service.

2. Definitions

  • Service: The electronic system provided by Menupoint for processing online orders for food, table reservations, and other services.
  • User: Registered owners and employees of food service establishments using the Menupoint system.
  • Provider: The end service providers such as restaurants, hotels, cinemas, stadiums, and other public venues, and private entities.

3. Access to the Service

Access to Menupoint's administrative features is restricted to registered Users only. Registration is required and is limited to the owners and employees of food service establishments. Users must ensure that their registration details are accurate and kept up-to-date.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Menupoint platform, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Menupoint and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Use of the Service

Users must not:

  • Engage in any unlawful or harmful activity while using the service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
  • Use the service to transmit any harmful, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Our service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

7. Limitation of Liability

9. Payments

We accept payments via bank transfer through an external payment provider. Payments are required for access to our service. Refunds are only provided for future periods not yet commenced, following prior notification. Refunds will not be issued for the current period, and the request for a refund must be made at least 1 calendar month in advance of the start of the future period for which the refund is requested.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our platform.
